Our farm sits in a rural community outside Lusaka. As the farm grows, so should the people and villages around it.
Skills that stay
Farm training
Visiting trainers run regular sessions in our farm classroom, covering crop care, post-harvest handling and floristry. The skills our people learn here stay with them wherever life takes them.
Empowerment
Women at work
Fifty-five per cent of our forty-strong team are women, in steady jobs with training and room to lead. Employing more women was a founding goal of the farm, and it shows in every bunch we cut.
Back to school
Evening classes at the farm
In the evenings, the farm classroom becomes a literacy school. Reading and writing classes are open to our workers and the wider community, because what people learn here opens doors far beyond the greenhouse.
